We do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we provide the option to exchange it or receive a credit note for future use.

Exchange & Credit Note Terms:

Exchanges or credit notes will only be issued within 10 days of purchase.
The item to be returned must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Credit notes do not come with any expiry date.
