Refund policy

We do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we provide the option to exchange it or receive a credit note for future use.

Exchange & Credit Note Terms:

Exchanges or credit notes will only be issued within 10 days of purchase.
The item to be returned must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Credit notes are valid for 6 months.

Condition of Return/Replacement: All items must be returned intact and in their original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure the item is securely packed in suitable alternative packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Please Note: A return shipping label will be provided to print. Upon receipt and verification of the item at our facility, the replacement order will be processed.
