How soon will the order reach me?

We ship products within 15 days of placing the order, since the order is customised and made for your child. Few products that are not customised leave within a week.The time taken to deliver the products to you depends on the location of delivery.

Northern India products are delivered within 1-4 days of shipping the product and Southern, western & Eastern cities will receive the product in 5-7 days of shipping.

Can I expedite my order ?

We love to consider orders for urgent deliveries for special occasions, do not hesitate to email us on zizigifts.official@gmail.com. We will surely try to work around earliest for you.

How reliable are your delivery services?

We have partnered with the best services in the market like FedEx, Delhivery, Xpressbees for the delivery of our products to you. We primarily ship out through Delhivery surface mode or air for your delivery.

Do you charge for shipping?

Yes, we charge a nominal fee based on the total weight of your order. 

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive a notification from us with the tracking details once the shipment has been booked. You can track your order until it reaches you safely.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Write to us at zizigifts.official@gmail.com or  Chat at our chat window on the website. This helps us get you the best shipping rates possible to your location. Free shipping is not applicable to international orders ,it will be charged on actuals.

Do you offer COD?

Yes! COD is available for orders that are not customised.
