Lack of transparency.If you ask for replacement, they will not give information about the amount you should pay for shipping charges. Only a week after receiving the product I End up getting a shipping charge of 1300Rs for product worth 1750Rs, which they pay from your refund and I ended up getting only half of my paid amount back . It wasn’t informed to me that the shipping charge would be this high, due to which i wasnt given the choice to make a decision based on the pricey shipping charge.. Bad customer service . Not accepting their mistake. Going to complain to the consumer court.
Where to even start. My daughter absolutely loves this table top size acrylic easel. She finds happiness in being able to paint to her heart’s content and then wipe clean and start again. It was also a big hit at her art themed birthday party where two kids could paint at one time, with one on each side! Talk about an invitation for collaboration. So fun.
